职责Responsibilities:

• 招投标管理：参与项目总包、装修以及设计单位等的招标工作，负责相关文件的准备工作。
  
• 工程管理：负责项目进度/延迟分析；参与项目协调会，协调、跟进项目进度事宜。
  
• 负责项目文书工作。

要求Requirements:

• 本科以上，理工科相关专业。
  
• 良好的书面英语及口语；良好的中文书面表达，普通话与粤语俱佳。
• 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint等Office软件。
  
• 良好的人际交往能力，工作细致，具有强烈的责任心。
