Job Description
Our client, US based building materials manufacturer, is currently seeking a Project Sales Supervisor to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain regular contact with major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area
- Coordinate and implement presentations to major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of company products
- Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings, or product standard tests
- Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote company products
- Educate distributor personnel with regard to company project and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs
- Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
- Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs, and other sales materials
Requirement:
- University / college graduated in marketing or business administration preferred
- At least 7 years sales experience coupled with extensive background in securing project type business
- Willing to travel
- Previous experience in handling major Hong Kong Developers will be an advantage
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
