Responsibilities:

• Provide support in contract administration, cost control, sub-letting, settlement of final account
• Assist Contracts Manager in preparation of quotation in respect of variation works
• Handle sub-contractors’ variation orders
• Assist in preparing sub-contract documentation 

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 4 years relevant experience
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
