• Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors, consultants, designers and team members about construction details and all site matters to achieve high quality standard and effectiveness;
• Monitor site progress and quality control;
• Preparation of method statements, quality plans, construction programme etc.;

• Diploma or above in interior design / building studies / architecture or equivalent;
• At least 8 years solid experience Fitting-Out projects of residential, offices, hotel etc.;
• Strong technical background and site experience;
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors;
• Good computer literacy, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS project;
• Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager;
• Immediate available is in advantage
