Working Hour: Monday to Friday 0900-1800, Alternate Saturday 0900-1300

Responsibilities:

• Work with management to respond to any training requests and prepare documents to respond to Request For Proposal (RFP) on a timely basis.
• Administrate training documentation.
• Responsible for client enquiry mailbox.
• Arrange and coordinate training schedule and internal work resources.
• Provide administrative support to the training team in terms of clerical assistance, including sometimes ad hoc support on new training projects.
• Follow up with training progress and support and coordinate with account department on invoicing clients.

• Associate Degree or above in Training or related discipline.
  
• Two years of experience in the training and administration field. Candidates with less experience will be considered an assistant officer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Ability to work independently and perform as an effective, positive team player.
• Good organizing skills and good at record-keeping in a neat manner.
• Strong attention to detail, strong motivation, and patience to support training reports handling and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; conversational Putonghua is a plus.
• Interest in the occupational safety and health industry and passion for working with a team of professionals to promote occupational safety and health awareness.
