We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated designer to join us on high-end interior projects. You will be working alongside our multi-disciplinary team of architects and designers, with exposure to a variety of project types.

Candidates with less experience would be considered for the Assistant Project Coordinator position.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Certificate in Interior design or Building/Project Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of accumulated site experience in residential and/or commercial construction and development

Responsibilities / Skills

• Ready to participate in via.’s multi-disciplinary and holistic design culture
• Assist the Project Manager on supervising and monitoring the construction site to ensure timely and quality project execution
• Preparation of site reports and documents for on-going projects
• Strong knowledge in building construction and contractual administration
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD

• Communicates and collaborates well with others, inside and outside of Studio, from clients, consultants to craftspeople
