 Job Description & Responsibilities

• To communicate with internal team, external parties and client
• To follow up all aspects of fitting-out projects, such as material handling, site coordination, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure, etc.
• To monitor site operation, safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
• To attend regular site meetings and organize work
• To prepare regular progress report & meeting minutes

Requirement

• At least 5 year experiences in fitting-out
• Conversant with corporate fitting-out nature / surveying is highly preferred
• Have good knowledge of technical detailing in fitting-out
• Good PC knowledge of AutoCAD, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication and site management skills
• Well-organized, hardworking, independent
• Less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator
• Immediate available is preferred

 Working location: Construction sites in Hong Kong
