Responsibilities:

• Responsible for budgeting, preparation of tender documents, tender analysis and recommendation, vetting contract documents, assessing variation, arranging payment application and settlement of final accounts etc.
• Monitor and coordinate consultant works to ensure all the deliverables are timely issue as required
• Carry out cost control for projects and prepare all necessary reports for management and internal department use
• Deal with main contractor and sub-contractors for the property development
• Maintain project cost analysis/ data bank
• Perform ad hoc task as required by the Department Head

Requirements:      

• Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
• Qualified Member of the HKIS is preferred
•  At least 3 years working experience in Hong Kong Q.S. professional firms or developers; experience in contractors will be an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working experience with Chinese Corporation is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor
