We are seeking an excellent Architectural Visualizer who has experience in Architectural modelling and rendering to join our Design Team. As part of our new team member, it offers great exposure to work closely with the different architect teams and be responsible for designs projects globally.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate closely with different architect design teams
• Develop design concepts through drawings, modelling
• Deliver rendering and animation
• Create strong visuals for presentations and imagery
• Create innovative new design ideas to explore the future of our Architectural branding
• Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

• Diploma holder in Design or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in the area of architectural related
• Strong sense in 3D and drawing
• Good skills in 3D Software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, 3DS Max, Sketchup, Lumion
• Proficient in Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign)
• Self-motivated and serve multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication skill and creative thinking
