Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise the construction works and/or conduct design coordination
• Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site in accordance to statutory and contract requirements
• Coordinate with the consultants to establish the workmanship and quality of works
• Monitor the standard of workmanship and confirming to Specification, relevant BS and Code of Practice
• Carry out an inspection of defects and outstanding Builder’s work at the Completion of the work
• Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
• Perform other duties on contract management
• Arrange handover of completed development to Property Management Company and Individual Owner
• Control and monitoring the defect rectification during the handover to individual owner

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent
• Passed the Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE or equivalent
• Have the minimum qualification and experience required for Grade ‘T3’ for TCP for site safety supervision as detailed in the Technical Memorandum for Supervisor Plan 2009
• Min. 10 years’ relevant experience
• Work location: Wong Chuk Hang
