Job Description
• Manage the Group’s residential and office properties in Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Japan, UK, Portugal, and US;
• Coordinate with overseas and local property managers;
• Coordinate with contractors for repair and maintenance works;
• Maintain good relationships with property managers and tenants.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Property / Estate Management, including fitting out works;
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Mature and able to work independently;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Travelling may be required.
