Job Description
Job Duties:
- Assist Project Manager to control and supervise overall site activities and prepare method statement, progress report and any necessary submission to Government Departments;
- Coordinate, identify, verify, and resolve potential architectural design detail problems;
- Coordinate requirements for local regulation permits and licenses;
- Liaise with subcontractor, in-house designer, client and other parties to resolve technical matters on site;
- High Diploma in Building Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in from construction site work, more experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Engineer;
- MCIOB/MICE/HKIE preferred but not necessary.
