Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY
- Accompany with Senior Management to represent the Company in tender Interviews.
- Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors, consultants, designers and team members about construction details and all site matters to achieve high quality standard and effectiveness
- To solve any problems may encounter throughout the whole project period
- To accomplish projects within budget and deadline.
- Ensuring the materials, project details and workflow are complied with QA / Safety / Environment Policy as well as Condition of Contract
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Building Studies / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying / PMP or other related disciplines
- 5 - 10 years professional experience in Commercial Fitting out Projects in Hong Kong
- Initiative, hardworking and good communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and people management skills
- Good at MS Words, Excel, Project, Power Point and AutoCAD
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Candidate with LEED project experience will be an asset
