Job Description
Job requirements:
- High Diploma in Building Services
- 5 years work experience with renovation/construction experience is preferably
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical with Auto CAD
- Work closely with department head to draw up and execute the organization’s annual maintenance plan
- Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs
- Monitor safety and health compliance
- Assist in evaluation of renovation/repair quotation/tender
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
