Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Directors
• Explore and develop new business opportunities
• Overall project planning, coordination, and budget control
• Monitor all project developments from inception, planning and design, tendering and construction
• Monitor project progress, tender submission, prepare and update all relevant documents
• Liaise and coordinate with clients and contractors
  

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Building Studies/construction management or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, manage in fit out retails, F&B, office and hotels etc
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proactive, all-rounded and flexible with strong communication
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong network in Interior Design firm / Architectures firm / Consulting firm / will be a large advantage.
