• Responsible for assisting in facility maintenance management for our retail business including but not limited in department stores, supermarket and various retail shops;
• Responsible for assisting in project management for our retail business including but not limited in department stores, supermarket and various retail shops;
• Liaise with internal parties and external vendors;
• Conduct regular site inspection, monitor progress of maintenance works; site co-ordination and administration work on license application.

Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate / Diploma in Construction / Building Services / Building Management or equivalent;
• At least 3 years solid experience on construction & Maintenance project in retail outlet or F&B industry are preferable;
•  Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A is an advantage;
  
  
• Self-motivated, independent and able to tackle problems in a positive way;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD; and
  
  
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
