Architectural Assistant / Trainee

Responsibilities

• Develop design concept, layouts and material board
• Prepare presentation with concept pictures, drawings and other tools to showcase the design
• Handle submissions and building contract issues under supervision
• Liaise with construction team members, suppliers and contractors under supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Architecture
• 2 years of working experience in local projects
• Basic knowledge in local statutory requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop & 3D modelling skills is necessary
• Proficiency in Grasshopper and rendering software is preferred
• Passionate in design, creative and self motivated
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Trainee

Project Coordinator / Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Taking lead in design and project management
• On-site coordination with contractors and oversee project programme
• Handle ad-hoc site issues
• Drawing packages production and review

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Interior Design or related discipline
• 2 years of working experience in in fitting out work, Interior design industry or Construction field
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop & 3D modelling skills is necessary
• Proficiency in Grasshopper and rendering software is a plus
• Able to work independently
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer
