• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University / Technical College / Technical Institute / the Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or equivalent.
• 8 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
• Candidates should have minimum 5 years' resident site experience, preferably with experience in prestigious residential projects.
• Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diplomas of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
• Duration: 24 months employment contract with further extension as appropriate.

Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
