Job Description

Project Manager (Curtain Wall / Façade Projects):

Responsibilities:

l   Manage, encourage and motivate all Project Staff to achieve the project tasks effectively;

l   Ensure all necessary documents are submitted and approved in the systems prior to the commencement of the relevant work.

Requirements:

l   Degree/ Higher Diploma in Engineering or Building or Equivalent;

l   Minimum 8 years’ in project management; with 5 years in Curtain Wall / Façade contracting works

Senior Site Supervisor (Curtain Wall / Façade Projects):

Responsibilities:

l   To monitor site progress;

l   To control daily progress workmanship and report;

l   To inspect and report for work done;

l   To ensure effective material control and work safety on site.

Requirements

l   Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Building Management or equivalent

l   Minimum 6 years working experience with at least 4 years in related Curtain Wall / Façade is highly preferred
