Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise building services works to ensure that working procedures, schedules, quality and site safety are in compliance with contractual document and statutory requirements.
• Perform site coordination work with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / suppliers and the government departments.
• Monitor work progress, carry out inspections, participate in testing and commissioning, and manage site records.
• Perform flat to flat inspections with contractors and handover team
• Coordinate with handover team and management office for handover of public area and flat units of development.
• Monitor on progress and schedule of defects rectification.
• Assist and report to management team.
• Provide advice and solutions for management decision. 

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Electrical, Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/ Building Studies/ Construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years working experiences in relevant field, in which not less than 5 years' related experiences as Building Services Inspector or related positions.
• Experience in high-rise residential development is a must.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and native in Cantonese.
• Familiar with Building Regulations and E&M installation details.
