Responsibilities 

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects including progress, quality, cost and client relations;
• Prepare submissions in accordance with the requirement of the Contract;
• Attend site meetings with the Client Representatives and other parties including Sub-Contractors;
• Ensure the work done complies with the programme of works, follow up inspection on completion of remedial work;
• Prepare purchase requisitions and complete Performance Evaluations;
• Maintain progress according to schedule and regularly report on site progress
• Supervise subcontractors to perform their works on a day to day basis
• Implement site administrative systems and maintenance of all site records

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in related disciplines;
• 7 or more years relevant experience in fitting-out industry ; 
• Hands-on site management and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
• Having fitting out experience
