Responsibilities:

• Checking tender drawings for the quantity in order to prepare equipment schedule for the project sales engineers to prepare tender submission
• To help the project sales engineers to prepare the necessary documentation for tender
• Preparing various project pipeline report
• To contact the suppliers for tender quotation and submission necessary information required for tender
• To liaise with the Project Operation Teams for ordering, site progress and the various progress report for review by the Senior Sales Manager
• Answers telephone calls and relays necessary information to clients during the absence of the Project Sales Engineer
• Handles copying, faxing and scanning of documents for the Sales Team

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Not less than 1 year work experience in Sales Administration Support
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
• Multitasks and well organized
• Works well in fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable of computer skills including Word and Excel
