Sales Executive / Sales Assistant (Building Materials)

Job Descriptions:
The role is responsible to take part in Sales Team for customer support including maintenance of all client relationships and orders processing.

Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate sale process, including warm-calling potential clients, arranging formal presentations, site visits and providing after-sale services
- Assist in solicit sales and business opportunities from interior designers, architects, developer, and contractors.
- Act as key contact to clients in relation to inquiries, orders and quotations.
- Responsible for other clerical works including project trackers, market trends, delivery tracking, invoice handling, etc.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

 Requirements :
- DSE or above with one-year working experience
- Good analysis in market trend and project management
- Responsible, diligent, detail-minded, flexible and able to work independently under a tight deadline and work under pressure
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
