Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare for construction drawings and detailed drawings for fit-out and furniture e.g. tailor-made furniture, cabinet, bed etc.;
• Prepare for electrical layout plan, lighting layout plan etc.;
• Supervising the job site and verify the correct installation of the products (closets, kitchens, furniture) when it's necessary;
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the sales team;
• Discuss furniture design details with team and customers;
• Maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external parties including the marketing, sales team and clients;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of fitting-out projects;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Interior Design or any other equivalent;
• 2 years working experience in interior design industry;
• Site work experiences & furniture prototype review would be an advantage;
• Software requirement : familiar with AutoCAD / Photoshop.  Proficient in using SketchUp to produce furniture / cabinet drawing is a highly preferred;
• Advanced understanding of custom-made furniture/cabinet in Hong Kong is preferred;
• Strong self-motivation and able to work in a team;
• Immediately available is preferable.
