• Responsible for all interim payment, measurement of works, valuing variation orders, cost control, monitor contract payments, settlement of final account of various projects
• To assess contractors’ variation orders / claims , certify payment, assist in final account settlement and relevant  administration
• To deal with contractors on matters related to quantity surveying services
• Provide assistance in tendering procedure, contract drafting, cost estimation and budgeting, prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of projects
• Consolidate returns 

Employment Terms

• Contract Period:  9 months work contract (with good possibility of renewal)
• Work Location: Chai Wan
• Working hours : Mon – Fri,9:00am-6:00pm
• Salary: HK$19,000 per month

Candidates Requirement

• Diploma graduates or above, preferably majoring in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering Discipline, preference will be given to the ones with working experience in Government Departments and  

• Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Mathematics in HKCEE or HKDSE
• Knowledge in Chinese word processing and English word processing and common business software (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
