Responsibilities

• Prepare project budget, tender and preliminary tender and cost estimation;
• Responsible for contractual documents;
• Responsible for project budgeting and cost control;
• Measure, value, negotiate and submit contract variation;
• Evaluate subcontractors’ payment applications;
• Liaise with subcontractors with regards to contractual matters.
• Prepare payment applications, payment certificate and variation of orders’ application
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the QS Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying;
• Minimum 2-8 years QS experience;
• Be adaptable, independent and able to work under pressure;  
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, supervisory and negotiation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Façade experience is preferable; 
• Familiar with AutoCAD;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant QS;
• Immediate available is preferable
