About the Role 

• Prepare technical proposals for tender submission
• Carry out design optimization to make competitive technical proposals
• Manage architects and design consultants to ensure the quality of their deliverables and to meet the tender submission programme
• Liaise, communicate and co-ordinate with clients and government authorities in terms of tender submission
• Independent, able to work with limited supervision. Self-motivated with excellent coordination skills

 To be successful in this role, you must have: 

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5-8 years related experience; with  BIM / CAD / MiC / DfMA experience is an advantage
• With MHKIE or equivalent is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will also consider as Deputy Technical Manager (Tendering)
