Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects,  including site progress, safety, quality and cost control;
• Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project progress efficiency; &
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with clients. consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in project management and fitting-out works;
• Strong technical background and site experience;
• Capable to handle large scale of projects independently;
• Good team leader with a strong analytical mind and able to tackle problems in a positive way;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded;
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including Clients, Consultants and Subtrades;
• Proficiently in both written & spoken English and Chinese; and
• Candidates with less calibre shall be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
