Job Description
l Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines with 5-year solid QS experience;
l Registration with any Professional Institute will be an advantage;
l Experience in valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts;
l Good interpersonal and communication skills;
l Self-motivated and results focused;
l Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor

GEC Hong Kong was established in 1911 and was a wholly-owned subsidiary of its parent company, General Electric Company plc. GEC Hong Kong had been operating engineering business for a century in Hong Kong and had participated in most of the infrastructures such as tunnels, airports, railway and other large projects.
GEC Hong Kong was once the largest comprehensive electrical and mechanical engineering company. In the establishment of GTECH, all managerial and technical staff were transferred from GEC Hong Kong thus its culture, tradition and reputation of 100 years has been inherited.
