• Preparation of tender estimation and submission, cost analysis, VO negotiation and final account handling;
• Prepare, submit and monitor monthly progress claims to the client; &
• Liaise between consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors;

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years practical tender process experience in fitting out works;
• Methodical approach to carry out assignments and clear-headed;
• Hardworking, well-organised and detail-minded;
• Familiar with PC application, especially in Excel and MS Project;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese; and
• Candidates with less calibre shall be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
