Job Description
The Minimum qualifications required for the post of Senior Resident Architect / Resident Architect shall be as follows:-
- Qualified Architects with experience in design development drawings of large-scale mixed-use development.
- Membership of HKIA/RA or equivalent required.
- Candidates should have minimum 6 years experience and minimum 2 years resident site experience in the field of architecture projects, with experience in supervision and co-ordination of construction works involving Office & MTRC preferable. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Resident Architect.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and BIM
- Duration : 24 months employment contract with further extension as appropriate.
Employment will be on contract basis tentatively commencing from June 2022. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates.
