Our client is a renowned property developer with a portfolio of award-winning, trophy developments. Due to their new developments, they are seeking for a high caliber E&M Manager to be based in Hong Kong managing the existing and future developments of their Hong Kong projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of support to management in overall monitoring and management of high-end property development projects, including E&M design, administration, planning and project management.
• Review of designs, specifications and documents, as well as supervising the workmanship for building services installation.
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants, government bodies and various parties to achieve development objectives on building services and E & M works.
• Plan, monitor and control the work progress and site safety in accordance with the statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines
• Qualified HKIE or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of project and E&M Project Management experience
• Prior experience in Hong Kong residential projects is advantageous
• Candidates with experience gained from consultancy or developer managing Hong Kong residential projects would be preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
