Responsibilities
- Supervise two or more teams of building services engineers and monitor the overall building services process
- Manage the site quality control and ensure all installations are inspected and recorded properly
- Arrange installation programme, statutory submission and inspection schedule
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors during project execution phase and ensure the projects are delivered to the highest technical and safety standards
- Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and sub-contractors
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- MHKIE / CIBSE / MIET qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in handling of new building, fitting out, alteration and addition Works of which at least completed a ASD Capital Project with BIM requirements
- Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
- Familiar with project coordination and site progress monitoring
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good leadership, a good team player and excellent communication skills
