Responsibilities:

-   Prepare architectural working drawings;

-   Ensure drawings conform to project’s requirements and instructions from
    project architects;and

-   Co-ordinate work within the Technical and Architectural teams.

Requirements:

-   Minimum 10-15 years experience ;

-   Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD drafting;

-   Knowledge of local building regulations and codes for General Building Plan submission;

-   Solid Experience in preparation of GBP submission, tender drawings, working drawings
    and construction details;

-   Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure, as well as to work as a team; and

-   Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM will be an advantage.
