- A Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; or
5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
Successfully completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. - 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations / 3 years’ relevant experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations as RWSII or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
- A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form 3 (before 2012)/Secondary 3 standard.
- The tentative employment period will be about 24 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in July 2022.

- 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學會╱香港理工學院╱香港理工大學╱香港科技學院╱香港工業學院╱香港專業教育學院的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程的證書，或同等學歷；或
五年屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程技術人員的工作經驗；或
成功完成受相關界別認可的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程技術員學徒訓練；或
成功完成受相關界別認可的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程工藝學徒訓練，並具有兩年熟練技工的工作經驗。 - 具備取得專業資格後三年的屋宇裝備或機電安裝工程現場監督的相關工作經驗╱三年在公共工程項目或在《顧問公司直接聘用駐地盤人員的管理手冊》中第4.5.2節列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等職級的相關工作經驗；
- 具有相當於香港中學三年級的中國語文及英國語文科水平。
- 合約期暫定由二零二二年七月開始，預計合約期為二十四個月，合約期滿後按表現可獲發約滿酬金。
