Responsibilities:

• Preparation of interim payment, quotation in respect of valuation of variation, settle final account.
• Assist sub-contract documentation preparation, assess sub-contractors’ variation orders

Requirements:

• High certificate / Diploma or above in building studies, quantity surveyor or relevant qualification
• 2 yrs. or more relevant experience in metal / aluminium trade would be a priority for consideration. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing

Working Location:

Diamond Hill  (near MTR station)
