• Produce BIM models as per project requirements
• Drawing/detail production from Engineers sketches
• Assist project teams in BIM project set up and implementing BIM training modules
• Develop and maintain Revit content libraries through the creation of families
• Provide guidance and assistance with design works and ensure the progress and setup are done by using Revit appropriately
• Liase with internal parties and provide support for all BIM issues

• Diploma or above in Architecture / Building Services / Construction Management or BIM related discipline
• At least 1 year' relevant work experience
• Experience in modelling structural geometry, structural framing layouts & sections, drawings sheets is an advantage
• Experience in BIM modelling is an advantage
• Clash detection and coordination of all services in Revit & Navisworks.
• Integration of Revit products with other applications (AutoCAD, Quantity Takeoff, clash detections etc.)
• Willingness to learn new skills and software plus attendance of upgrade training according to industry requirements
• Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command in Mandarin
