Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily site supervision;
- Liaise with HKHA’s Officer to check and accept the works;
- Work with Site Agent and Safety Officer to ensure quality of work, safety and timely completion of projects.
- Ordinary Certificate or above in Building Studies;
- Holder of Safety Training Course to check and accept the works;
- Holder of Safety and Health Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC;
- With 1 year relevant post qualifications experience in building maintenance organization.
