• Higher Certificate / Certificate in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or construction related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience (for Sub-Agent; Ref: Sub A) in management of sub-contractors and familiar with overall supervision of building construction projects.
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead to a team to coordinate construction details and achieve timely delivery of projects with good quality control under the supervision of Site Agent.
• Candidate with less experience and / or qualification may apply for General Foreman (Ref: GF)
