Our client is a well-established Interior Fit-out company specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of projects
• Prepare site documents and reports
• Communicate with consultant, contractor, client of the project for company products and site issue

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Interior/ Building Studies or related disciplines
• 3 years or above of experience in  fitting-out works, preferably in Luxury Residential project
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong problem solving skill & Good communication skill
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
• Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred!!
