To cope with our business expansion, we are currently looking for a proactive, smart and responsible candidate to join our Project Management Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full project admin support to Project Team.
• Maintain the organized filing system of all correspondences of each project.
• Responsible for the coordination of samples, materials and project drawings submission.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal project stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and progress tracking.
• Support any ad hoc duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirement:

• Associate degree or above in any discipline.
• 3 years or above relevant working experience is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office. Preferable to have knowledge in Adobe but not necessary.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player mindset.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
