• Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, risk assessment, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
• Manage project to assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes, and so on
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
• Communicate with the project team and regular status update
• Manage performance of all contractors, consultants and external vendors
• Prepare document for tender, job budget, drawing and equipment submission
• Problem Solving for technical issues

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Engineering Discipline
• Possess 2 years’ relevant working experience in project management participation of E&M / Building Services Contracts
• Self-motivate and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Able to work individually or within a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skill is a must
• Relevant working experience in IoT Product is an advantage.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
