Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare cost budget and control, payment receivable forecast, quantity re-measurement, variation claims;
• Handle cost analyze and recommendations, preparation of contract documents and correspondence;
• Negotiate with main and sub-contractors, suppliers and clients on project claims, payments, settlements, variations and final accounts;
• Prepare cost distribution of material rates in the Schedule of Quantities;
• Prepare final account of subcontractors / fabricators, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Good team player with strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external parties
• Well-organized, smart, self-motivated, initiative, punctual, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Short notice will be advantage; and
• Candidate with more experience is considered as Quantity Surveyor.
