Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of the Company’s Management Systems, e.g. Integrated Management System / Environmental Management System.
• Prepare environmental submissions, including Environmental Management Plan / Waste Management Plan.
• Carrying out of regular environmental monitoring and audits.
• Assisting in implementation of BEAM Plus and/or LEED/WELL requirements
• Responsible for Licensing applications, provision of environmental Training, attending meetings, handling of environmental complaints/enquires.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Building Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Management / Engineering / Science or related discipline.
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Experience in Integrated Management System (ISO) / Licensing / Sustainability / Environmental / Green Building (BEAM / LEED / WELL) will be an advantage.
• Completed Environmental Officer course preferred.
• Full understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework.
• Energetic, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong communication skill and good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with less experiences may be considered as Assistant Engineer.
