Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with property developers, consultants, contractors on project related matters, and with vendors on general matters
• Follow up site progress and collaborate on office procedures amongst departments
• Assist in tendering procedures

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies / Architecture Studies / Mechanical Engineering or other similar disciplines
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in building construction and interior fit-out works
• Good command of English & Cantonese and proficiency in PC applications
• Must have a good understanding of the construction industry with an interest in building materials and construction detailing
• Experience in the use of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Adobe illustrator will be an advantage
• Self-initiative team player with a passion for excellence
• Willing to work under pressure and with a strong sense of prioritising works
• Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately
• Candidates with less qualification / experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
