Project Administrator / Coordinator

Job Duties:

Assist project team and QS for project administration and documentation of fit-out projects. Duties include without limitation to prepare contract, assist tendering, follow-up material purchase, document filing, prepare project report and general office administrative work.

 Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Certificate or above in Building / Construction Management, Building Services or related disciplines;
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Program 2019 and strong technical background
• At least 5 years’ experience in  interior fitting-out project / building construction project, contract administration etc; Able to work independently
• Well-versed in building regulations, PNRC;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, strong problem solving skills and well-organized
• 5 days work
• Less experience will be considered as A. Project Coordinator
