The appointee will be responsible for overseeing production of print and digital advertising items.

Responsibilities:

• Work and communicate closely with internal teams and vendors to oversee production of digital and print items to ensure they are delivered on time and in professional standard
• Check format of all artwork files, test prints and outputs, and conduct on-site quality check for accuracy and quality precision
• Understand and anticipate potential production problems, report and liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Prepare documentation for tendering/quotation exercises, conduct evaluations in the vendor selection process according to procedures and guidelines
• Develop order process, issue PO and monitor progress
• Research production alternatives, inclusive of sourcing vendors, stocks and production materials
• Assist in planning production schedules, coordinating and implementing production workflow procedures

Requirements:

• University graduate in media, publishing, multimedia production or other relevant disciplines with at least 4 years' relevant work experience
• Knowledge in exhibitions and interest in digital transformation is a plus
• Proficient in print production with hands-on experience in publishing/data processing systems and Adobe Creative Suite
• Agile, well-organised, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• A good team player with a collaborative mindset to understand complex project requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
