Requirements:

•  Degree/Diploma holder of interior design, textile design, or related disciplines
•  2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in show-flat & clubhouse; experience in hospitality is an advantage
•  Proficient in preparing full tender packages and specification documentations
•  Familiar with creative styling, furniture, lighting, artwork, and artifact selection
•  Local & Global supplier contacts and strong knowledge in sourcing high-end FF&E and finishes
•  Knowledgeable in global trends
•  Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Well Organized, attention to details, and good interpersonal skills
•  Able to work under pressure and within a tight schedule
•  Good command of written and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
•  Proficient in Microsoft applications, Photoshop & AutoCAD
•  Immediate availability preferred

• Coordinate with suppliers
• Participate in the whole design process from conceptual generation to FF&E selection to installation
• Prepare tender & specification documentations
