Job Description
Responsibilities：
- Initiate design concept, space planning, design development and material selection
- Independently handle commercial/residential projects from design concept to site supervision/coordination during construction period
- Handle presentation with concept images, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
- Handle full set of working / construction drawings
- Handle clients, coordinate with internal design team, contractors and suppliers
Requirements：
- Strong design sense and be creative to produce quality interior design in corporate and/or residential projects
- Responsible, Strong Passion for Interior Design
- Pleasant, proactive, a good team player, responsible, smart, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Degree / High Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- At least 5 years or relevant working experience in interior design field
- Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
- Proficient in detailing, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max and Photoshop will be an advantage
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
