Job Description
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
- Carrying out research and preparation for shoots
- Organize model castings and fittings
- Location scouting and site visits
- Administrative and clerical duties such as expense reporting and merchandise transport to and from office
- Keep a record of all invoices and receipts
- Equipment pick up/drop off
- Support pre-production, production, and post workflows including prop sourcing, asset organisation, and general assistance
- Maintain and manage the cleanliness of studio
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- Degree holder in design-related discipline
- With 1-2 years of solid experience in graphic design in a creative agency or in a house environment
- Proficiency in macOS, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop.
- High organizational skills
- Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail
- Creative, communicative, and be able to collaborate with business teams to achieve brand objectives
